Napua Now Open at Mauna Lani Beach Club

Just opened in the Mauna Lani Beach Club is an exciting new dining experience, Napua. Embracing the spirit of Hawaii’s authenticity and the Aloha spirit, Napua proudly presents a unique dining experience with a truly memorable beach-side location.

Featuring locally raised and grown food, Napua opens daily at 11am for lunch served until 4pm.  The lunch menu includes: Appetizers ranging from $11 – $16, Salads from $6 – $16 and Entrees from $12 – $16.   Always an island favorite, the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich ($12), is smoked for 4 hours then brazed for 8 hours and shredded and sautéed in Napua’s house made guava BBQ sauce, served on a Mamane St. Bakery bun, with lettuce, tomato, onion, and crispy seasoned fries on the side.   A signature lunch item, the Fish Soft Tacos ($16), features local wild caught Mahi Mahi grilled and served in warm flour tortillas with a fresh poke and wasabi ginger aioli.

The dinner menu is offered daily from 4pm to 9pm and includes Napua Specialties such as the Whole Moi ($32), a whole fish fit for royalty and in fact in ancient Hawaii it was saved strictly for Kings.  The fish is served in a local Chinese style, fried and paired with a ginger soy garlic and sesame sauce.  On the side Jasmine rice and pipinola salad.  The Pa’auilo Grass Fed Filet Mignon ($34), is 8oz of savory natural island-grazed beef served with a spinach bacon hash and a velvety Hamakua mushroom cream sauce.  Dinner entrees range from $26 – $36.

Live Hawaiian music Thursday through Sunday from 5pm to 8pm.  For more information or to make a reservation contact Napua at 808-885-5910.
