The Kokua Kailua Village Stroll is a vibrant monthly event held in Historic Kailua Village along Ali‘i Drive in Kailua-Kona. Occurring one Sunday each month from 1 pm to 6 pm, the event transforms an iconic stretch of Ali‘i Drive into a lively, pedestrian-only outdoor marketplace, as vehicular traffic is temporarily closed to create a festive, family-friendly setting. Visitors can explore over 100 vendor booths offering locally crafted art, handmade goods, island foods, and unique gifts, while enjoying live music and performances from local musicians. Highlights of the stroll include delicious island cuisine, opportunities to support local artisans and crafters, and a free concert on the lawn of Hulihe‘e Palace, a former royal residence turned museum.
