Reservation Policies & Fees

Deposit

  • 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
  • For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.

Remaining Balance

  • For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

  • Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
  • Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
  • For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.

Pet Policy

It is important to understand that the state of Hawaii has strict protocols when it comes to bringing animals to Hawaii. There are quarantine requirements, health certificates, and other forms that must be completed prior to travel. Mauna Lani Point does not allow pets for guest stays. Certified service animals are allowed and must be registered on property.

Fees

  • All Reservations will be assessed a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
  • There is a $350 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two-bedrooms) plus applicable taxes housekeeping fee at Mauna Lani Point. 
  • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $1,500.  

Other Terms & Conditions

  • A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in..
  • We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
  • No pets allowed
  • Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
  • All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
  • All residences are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules
